Place your orders early! Once we hit our capacity we will unfortunately have to stop taking orders.

Please consider picking up. If you're able, we HIGHLY encourage you to consider picking up in store. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, so if you need a specific time, it’s best to pick up. We love delivering for you and understand if you are not local!

You will need your online order number when picking up

Typically we call before delivering. We will not be doing this Feb.13th-14th due to volume. We still require the recipient’s phone number in case there is any issue when delivering. We will call if we are attempting delivery and no one is home(apartments). We will not reattempt until we have made contact with the recipient. If weather is too warm or too cold we will not leave the flowers outside.

Deliveries will arrive between 8:30 am and 7:30 pm. Due to the high volume and limited staff we can't guarantee more specific times. If your delivery is going to a business, we will be sure to have it there within business hours.

You are responsible for the information provided during checkout. We will not be able to check every order for spelling and grammatical mistakes as we normally do. Please make sure you have: the correct address, recipient’s name(not your name), the correct phone number and a SIGNED card message. Please remember unit numbers and building codes. If you made a mistake please email us. We need accurate information for us to be able to provide the best service.
