Order Early!
To ensure your loved one enjoys their flowers all day on the 14th, please have them delivered by the 13th or picked up on the morning of the 14th. Due to high demand, we will stop accepting orders once we reach capacity.

Consider Picking Up
If possible, we highly recommend picking up your order in store. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, so if you need a specific delivery time, picking up is the safest option. We love delivering to you, but if you're not local, we understand!

Delivery Policy
We typically call before delivering, but due to high volume on Feb. 13th-14th, we will not be calling in advance. We still require the recipient’s phone number in case there are any issues with delivery (especially for apartments). We will contact the recipient if no one is home and will not reattempt delivery until we've made contact. Please note that if the weather is too warm or too cold, we will not leave the flowers outside.

Delivery Hours
Deliveries will be made between 8:30 AM and 7:30 PM. Due to high demand and limited staff, we cannot guarantee a more specific time. For business deliveries, we will make sure to deliver within business hours.

Double-Check Your Order
Please carefully check all details during checkout, including the recipient’s name (not your name), the correct address, phone number, and a signed card message. Unit numbers and building codes are essential. We won’t be able to review each order for spelling or grammatical errors, so it’s your responsibility to ensure everything is accurate. If you make a mistake, email us as soon as possible.
